01How long will this take me?
About 3 hours of bite-sized labs across 18 modules. Most learners finish in three to six weeks at a comfortable cadence. Current individual enrollment includes ongoing access to the purchased course materials and published updates.
02What if my bank's policy says no AI tools?
The course uses sample banking data and teaches the safe-use boundary before learners reuse any prompt or artifact. Module 03 builds CORE prompting without sensitive data; Module 09 turns those habits into a Safe AI Use Checklist.
03Is this technical? I'm not a programmer.
No code, no math. If you can write a memo, you can do this course. The audience is community-bank and credit-union staff in retail, lending, ops, compliance, and BSA roles.
04What's the credential worth?
