The safest foundation-level habit is to ask what the tool is doing: drafting words, organizing inputs, checking a source, or influencing a decision. The closer the task gets to a customer, control, report, or regulated decision, the more review and approval it needs.
Banking connection: Regulators focus on accountable use, validation, documentation, and human oversight when AI affects banking outcomes. Keep the work low-risk, source-grounded, and reviewed by a human before it affects a customer, control, report, or decision.
