What this SOP names

This template is structured. The working copy is being finalized by our subject-matter editors — directionally accurate today, refined shortly.

  1. The trigger and inputs — what starts the task and what the AI step is allowed to see.
  2. The AI step — the reusable brief the staff member runs, with its boundaries.
  3. The review checkpoint — who checks the output, against what, before it is used.
  4. The output and where it is filed, plus how the run is logged.

The handoff test

An SOP is done when a colleague can run it without you in the room. If it still lives in someone’s head, it is a habit, not a workflow.
